How much is the Mystery Box worth?

You pay £14.99, but the value ranges from £25 to £40, depending on the character and any bonuses inside. Some rare figures resell for more.

Do you also sell jewelry and sunglasses?

Yes. We stock everyday waterproof jewelry and UV400-protected sunglasses, all affordable and trend-driven. These are separate from the Bubu & Yier boxes.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping across the UK takes 5–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships, and you can track it anytime on our Tracking Page.

Can I choose what goes in the mystery box?

Nope – the contents are random, pre-packed, and sealed to keep it fair and fun. That’s why people love it.

Can I return or exchange a Mystery Box?

All mystery box sales are final unless your item arrives damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there’s an issue.
